Privacy Policy

ATTACK SHIPS  ·  Last updated: August 14, 2026

ATTACK SHIPS does not collect any data. None. The game does not connect to the internet, contains no advertising, includes no analytics or tracking software, and has no in-app purchases. Nothing you do in the game leaves your device.

Information we collect

We collect nothing. ATTACK SHIPS has no user accounts, no sign-in, no registration, no email collection, no contact form, and no server of any kind. There is no mechanism in the application by which information could be transmitted to us or to anyone else.

The name you enter

When you begin a game you are asked to type a pilot name so the ship's computer can address you. That name stays on your device: it is used during your play session and, if you earn a place on the high score board, it is saved in the board on your device only. It is never transmitted and never stored on any server, and deleting the app removes it completely.

Game progress and high scores

Your high score and settings are stored locally on your own device and never leave it. Deleting the app removes them. They are not backed up to us, not shared, and not visible to anyone but you.

Speech and audio

The ship's computer voice uses your device's built-in text-to-speech system. Text is converted to speech locally by your device. The game does not use your microphone and does not record audio of any kind.

Third parties

ATTACK SHIPS contains no third-party software development kits, no advertising networks, no analytics providers, and no social media integrations. No third party receives any information about you through this app.

Your purchase of the app is handled entirely by the store you bought it from — the Apple App Store, Google Play, the Amazon Appstore, the Samsung Galaxy Store, or itch.io. That transaction is governed by that store's own privacy policy, not ours. We never see your payment details, your store account, or your name.

Children

ATTACK SHIPS is suitable for children and is safe for them to play unsupervised with respect to privacy. Because the app collects no data whatsoever, it collects no data from children. It complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) by design: there is nothing to collect, nothing to disclose, and no way for a child to communicate with anyone through the app. There are no advertisements and no in-app purchases, so there is no way for a child to spend money inside the game.

Your rights

Privacy laws including the GDPR and the CCPA give you rights to access, correct, delete, and port your personal data. We hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing for us to provide, correct, or delete. If you would like written confirmation of that, contact us using the address below and we will provide it.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of ATTACK SHIPS ever collects any information, this policy will be updated before that version is released, and the change will be described in the app's release notes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
